At Echo Sales Canada, we prioritize the freshness and safety of our food products; therefore, we accept returns on unopened, non-perishable items within 14 days of delivery. Due to health regulations, perishable goods and opened food items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Pack and Ship
Once approved, securely pack the unopened items in their original packaging and use the provided shipping label to send the parcel back to our warehouse.
